Led by an exercise physiologist, this one-to-one session focuses on functional movement, strength, balance, and mobility to help you stay independent or to simply encourage safe movement throughout the day.

We also provide support for long‑term health conditions and tailor each session to your medical needs, energy levels, and comfort, ensuring every exercise is safe and effective for your needs.
